Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms).
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and pristine.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a spotless environment.
- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and sanitize waste containers.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or leaks, to the maintenance department immediately.
- Follow specific cleaning checklists and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties, including folding linens and restocking housekeeping carts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete room turns.
- Professional communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
