Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Coordinate with front desk for room turnover timing
- Execute eco-friendly cleaning practices to reduce environmental impact

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- Physical stamina to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA cleaning standards
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
