Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities to brand specifications
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Service common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and meeting spaces
- Execute detailed room inspections before guest arrivals
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with ability to spot cleanliness imperfections
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Francisco location
