Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and maintaining a welcoming demeanor.
- Check out rooms thoroughly, reporting any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Manage laundry tasks, including sorting, pressing, and organizing linens.
- Organize and replenish housekeeping carts with supplies.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and provide local area information to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
