Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report them to the maintenance team promptly.
- Greet guests with a warm, professional smile and assist with inquiries or requests.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and property during every shift.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms as required.
- Collaborate with the front desk and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (Shift Work).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
