Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and guest inquiries promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Monitor security cameras and building access points.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist guests with local directions and information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous front desk or reception experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems and computers.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
