Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet company quality standards.
- Make beds with precision, ensure linens are fresh, and organize amenities to enhance guest comfort.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, soap, and toilet paper to ensure rooms are fully equipped.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the maintenance or front office department immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation regulations, and environmental standards.
- Interact warmly and professionally with guests to address specific requests and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
