Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and corridors.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (typically 8-hour shifts).
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
