Responsibilities
- Maintain Impeccable Standards: Clean guest rooms, suites, and public areas thoroughly, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Bed Making & Tidying: Strip and make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms to the hotel's strict protocols.
- Supply Management: Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and maintain an organized supply cart.
- Maintenance Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or leaks, to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, sanitation codes, and environmental policies while working.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, housekeeping supervision, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow detailed checklists.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and management.
