Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards and health regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure readiness.
- Quality Control: Conduct detailed inspections of rooms to identify maintenance issues or discrepancies before guest check-in.
- Shift Adherence: Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to maintain continuous operations.
- Guest Interaction: Interact courteously with guests and respond to room service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work well independently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
