Responsibilities
- Room Attendant: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Amenity Restocking: Ensure guest amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked and replenished in all rooms.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly throughout the guest corridors and public areas.
- Bed Making: Create immaculate, hotel-style beds using proper linens and folding techniques.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Engineering department immediately.
- Laundry: Assist in the sorting, folding, and pressing of linens and guest laundry when required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Schedule: Availability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
