Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and arranged perfectly.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in corridors and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or missing items, to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure the efficient use of linens and supplies to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is required; we teach you everything.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable attendance and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
