Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including baggage handling and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
