Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in rooms and public spaces.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance department immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and fellow staff members.
- Follow all safety and security protocols regarding chemical handling and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
