Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces according to established quality standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and maintained.
- Adhere to strict time management schedules to ensure rooms are ready for check-in on time.
- Follow all company safety and health protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
