- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds and change linens according to established hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisory team immediately.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly to maintain a healthy environment.
- Move furniture and equipment as necessary to perform cleaning duties.
- Maintain a positive attitude and interact professionally with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- No prior housekeeping experience required; full training is provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing cleaning duties.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a history of punctuality.
