Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficientlyHandle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems)
- Valid driver's license (if required for shuttle roles)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
