Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during stays
- Assist with room preparation and daily housekeeping duties
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel reservation systems and POS terminals
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Support event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
