Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet quality standards
- Operate industrial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Massachusetts work permit (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
