About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and spotless experience. We are currently experiencing high demand and are looking for enthusiastic team members to join us immediately.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Make beds and replace linens to ensure a pristine appearance for every guest.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop all surfaces, including baseboards and furniture, to maintain a dust-free environment.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding uniform, punctuality, and guest interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
