Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and follow safety protocols
- Adhere to company standards and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless operations
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transportation between sites required)
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm)
- Basic English communication skills
