Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities to the highest standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and dust furniture, baseboards, and windowsills.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
- Clean bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers to a sanitary standard.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, corridors, and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing amenities to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
