Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Inspect rooms thoroughly for maintenance issues, damages, or missing amenities and report them promptly.
- Ensure all linens, toiletries, and supplies are restocked and ready for guest arrival.
- Adhere to strict safety, health, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and address any immediate needs or requests.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
