Responsibilities
- Ensure Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our quality assurance guidelines.
- Restock Amenities: Regularly check and replenish guest supplies, including toiletries, linens, and coffee to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Guest Experience: Interact with guests politely, responding to requests promptly and maintaining a positive professional demeanor.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within the allotted timeframes.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in work quality.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
