Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations strictly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times while interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must possess physical stamina to lift, bend, and reach comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
