Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements when needed.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to learn hotel software.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic.
