Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and service quality
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Train and mentor new team members on hotel standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience or equivalent leadership role
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
