Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing fixtures.
- Make beds with precision, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash bins and replace with fresh liners throughout the hotel.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance and management teams immediately.
- Maintain a safe and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
