Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Make and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and tidy.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure room supplies are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (shifts are active).
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
