Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and dust furniture thoroughly.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Interact professionally with guests and respond to special requests courteously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
