Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas thoroughly and efficiently.
- Make beds, replace used linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the linen closets and storage areas.
- Follow all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Interact courteously with guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, guest-first attitude.
