Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict brand standards.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are spotless, welcoming, and well-presented.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety, security, and sanitation policies strictly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Sort and organize linens and towels efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods with the ability to push and pull heavy carts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
