Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Room Preparation: Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Guest Service: Address guest inquiries regarding room amenities and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Efficiency: Adhere to time management protocols to ensure rooms are cleaned within the standard turnover time.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
