Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Execute rigorous cleaning standards for guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Bed Making: Ensure all linens are perfectly arranged, crisp, and clean to meet luxury hotel expectations.
- Restocking: Replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a welcoming presence and respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct self-inspections and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
