Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and closets.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards; report them promptly to management.
- Ensure the security of guest property by following lost and found protocols.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the hotel and local authorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
