Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens and restock amenities according to luxury hotel standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in public areas and suites.
- Ensure all amenities (towels, toiletries) are replenished and rooms are inviting.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment for guests and staff.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Collaborate with the floor staff to ensure efficient room turnover.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
