Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Guest Experience: Ensure guest spaces are welcoming and well-maintained, responding promptly to any special requests or maintenance needs.
- Housekeeping Cart Management: Organize and maintain housekeeping carts with appropriate cleaning products and tools for efficient workflow.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Engineering or Management team immediately.
- Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold the hotel's reputation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and order.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
