Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exacting standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are fully stocked with amenities.
- Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public spaces efficiently.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, polish surfaces, and ensure windows are streak-free.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during room turnovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be able to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and stretching.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
