Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets with precision and care.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring all cleaning supplies are readily available.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Interact professionally with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
