Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of guest rooms and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Strip and make beds to the specified hotel standards, ensuring linens are crisp and rooms are inviting.
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, including windowsills, baseboards, and furniture.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in guest suites.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods while maintaining a high level of energy.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely.
- Reliable transportation and availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
