Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to strict hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities to ensure a pristine and welcoming guest experience.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and health department regulations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team members during shift work.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of cleaning checklists and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills.
