Responsibilities
- Room Attendant Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Amenities Management: Restock toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and common areas to company standards.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and report on the usage and stock levels of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required; we provide full training.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: A positive, service-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
