Responsibilities
- Room Attendant Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Amenity Management: Restock and replenish guest amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department promptly.
- Guest Relations: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and responding to inquiries.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols (OSHA, CDC guidelines).
- Efficiency: Complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes to maximize room turnover.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to excellence.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
