Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic English language skills for communication.
