Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities are stocked and organized in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic facility.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; full training provided.
