Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Bed Making & Linens: Make beds with precision, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and welcoming.
- Deep Cleaning: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, polish surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) as needed.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and laundry facilities.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete assigned cleaning routes within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reporting and safety communication.
