Responsibilities
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure they meet our rigorous health and safety standards.
- Bed Making: Make beds and arrange linens and amenities to the exact specifications required by our brand.
- Restock Supplies: Maintain inventory levels by replenishing toiletries, towels, coffee, and other guest amenities.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests or other staff members.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is essential.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and interact with guests.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
