Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring all standards exceed brand expectations
- Restock amenities and maintain inventory in guest rooms and common areas
- Operate industrial laundry equipment and manage linen processing
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to all OSHA and hotel safety protocols
- Collaborate with front desk team for room status coordination
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury hotel setting
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving hotel vehicles)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
