Responsibilities
- Maintain spotless guest rooms and common areas using advanced cleaning techniques
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities with precision
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Deliver exceptional guest service during room preparation and interactions
- Collaborate with front desk to optimize room turnover efficiency
- Execute deep cleaning projects as scheduled by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with organizational excellence
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a significant advantage
