Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed deep cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of amenities
- Inspect and report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere strictly to brand sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with front desk and management for special guest requests
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Professional communication and guest service aptitude
